Welcome to JazibTrading. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services, including our indicators, trading tools, custom indicators, and any associated content.
By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT TERMS
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for:
- Making all arrangements necessary for access to the Services
- Ensuring all persons using your internet connection comply with these Terms
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Providing correct, current, and complete registration information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access
Verification Process: We may implement additional verification steps to confirm the identity of users, including but not limited to phone verification, email verification, or requests for additional identification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer). Users are required to comply with these verification processes to ensure the security and integrity of the Service. This verification may be required for account creation, refund requests, or other account-related activities.
Registration Approval: After purchasing a subscription or product, we will approve access to the username you provide. Upon approval, you will be notified by email to the address you provided during registration. This email constitutes proof that you have received access to our Services. If you do not receive this approval notification within a reasonable timeframe, it is your responsibility to contact our support team.
You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code. Any breach may result in immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 2 – LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our Service for personal or business use, subject to these Terms. The Services and all contents, features, and functionality are owned by JazibTrading and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:
- Reproduce, resell, or sublicense our tools, indicators, or any materials
- Reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works, or decompile any portion
- Use our Service in violation of any law or these Terms
- Publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit materials without permission
- Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices
The JazibTrading name, logos, and all related marks are trademarks of JazibTrading. You must not use such marks without prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
SECTION 3 – DEMO TRIAL AND PAYMENT TERMS
We may offer free trials or demo access that allow you to test functionality of our products. We encourage evaluating our Services using these offerings before any paid subscription where available.
User Panel Responsibility: Our services may include access to a user panel where you can manage your account, subscriptions, and access our tools. You are responsible for regularly checking your user panel for important updates, notifications, and account status changes.
Promotional Offers: We may occasionally offer special promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
Payments may be made via credit/debit card or other methods we support. We may offer monthly and/or annual subscription plans. Subscription terms and renewal periods will be clearly stated during checkout.
Changing payment methods may not be allowed in certain cases. If you initially subscribe using one payment method, you may be required to continue using that method for future payments as stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to disable or make unavailable certain payment methods based on regulatory requirements, technical issues, fraud prevention, or business decisions. Payment method availability may vary by geographic location and user account status.
Cryptocurrency subscriptions (where offered) may NOT auto-renew. Users paying with cryptocurrency may be solely responsible for manually paying invoices to maintain their subscription. We may generate invoices before your subscription expiry date. Invoice notifications will be sent to your registered email address.
You are solely responsible for checking your email regularly for invoice notifications and payment reminders. Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in suspension.
Credit/debit card subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds for renewal.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in suspicious payment activity including fraudulent transactions or chargebacks, have declined payment methods, abuse our Services, or fail to pay invoices by specified due dates.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations, suspicious payment activity, or regulatory compliance requirements, you may not be entitled to any refund of payments made.
SECTION 4 – SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT AND CANCELLATION
If you cancel your subscription before your current paid-up period ends, your subscription will remain active until the next due date. After the due date, if no payment is received, your subscription may be stopped and access terminated.
If auto-renewal fails due to payment issues, we may switch you to an alternative plan where applicable to maintain continuity of service, provided a valid payment method is available.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring payment methods remain current. We may send renewal reminders, but it is your responsibility to manage subscription settings and cancel before renewal if desired.
SECTION 5 – REFUND POLICY
Where we offer trial or demo access, refunds may be available under limited circumstances only.
Refunds may be available for annual payments made by credit card only, and only if requested within the period stated at purchase (e.g. 14 calendar days after payment). To request a refund, contact our support team through our website.
No refunds may be available for: monthly subscription plans; cryptocurrency payments (where crypto payments are final and non-refundable); upgrades; add-ons; subscriptions cancelled on the same day as payment (except where qualifying refund windows apply); accounts suspended or terminated for Terms violations; or any payments made after the stated refund period has expired.
Users who have filed a chargeback, dispute request, or claim may not be eligible for any refunds under any circumstances.
Approved refunds for qualifying payments typically take a stated number of business days to appear in your account.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate termination of your account and permanent ban from our Services. We may pursue all available legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks.
By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have had adequate opportunity to evaluate our Services and understand our refund policy.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to JazibTrading in the preceding 3 months.
We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You understand that we cannot guarantee that files available for downloading from our site will be free of viruses or other destructive code.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for: losses incurred while trading to meet turnover requirements for access or rebate programs; delays, errors, or failures in rebate payments due to third-party processing; changes or termination of affiliate relationships; regulatory restrictions that may limit or prohibit rebate programs in your jurisdiction; tax consequences or compliance issues arising from rebate income; trading losses that exceed rebate benefits; or account restrictions or closures by affiliated brokers, exchanges, or prop firms.
SECTION 8 – TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason.
Service Discontinuation: We reserve the right to discontinue, suspend, or modify any or all of our Services at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. This includes discontinuing support for specific platforms, terminating referral or affiliate programs, removing specific indicators or tools, or ceasing operations. Upon discontinuation, users may lose access; no refunds will be provided unless specifically stated. We may make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when possible but are not required to do so.
Program-Specific Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in broker affiliate programs, rebate programs, or cashback programs immediately if you violate program terms, engage in fraudulent or manipulative practices, fail to maintain required standards, or violate terms of affiliated institutions. Termination from these programs may occur independently of your access to other JazibTrading services.
SECTION 9 – PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any regulations or laws; to infringe upon intellectual property rights; to harass or discriminate; to submit false information; to upload malicious code; to collect personal information of others without consent; to spam or phish; to interfere with security features; to reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access; to use fraudulent payment methods; to initiate chargebacks for legitimate transactions; to abuse or manipulate referral or affiliate programs; to share or distribute platform-specific indicators or tools with non-subscribers; to attempt to manipulate broker affiliate, rebate, or cashback systems through fraudulent activity; to open multiple accounts or use false identities to circumvent program limitations; to engage in wash trading, churning, or artificial trading; to violate terms of affiliated brokers, exchanges, or prop firms; to use programs in jurisdictions where prohibited; to submit multiple withdrawal requests simultaneously where limited; to provide false documentation for KYC or withdrawals; to use withdrawal systems for money laundering; or to submit withdrawal requests with intent to dispute or chargeback. We reserve the right to terminate your use for violating any prohibited uses.
SECTION 10 – ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions without consulting primary or more current sources. Any reliance on material on this site is at your own risk. This site may contain historical information that is not current. Our Services may integrate with third-party trading platforms (e.g. TradingView, MetaTrader 4/5, NinjaTrader). Each platform may have specific requirements. You are responsible for maintaining accounts with third-party platforms, ensuring compatibility, and complying with each platform’s terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to discontinue support for any platform at any time. Third-party branding may appear on our platform. Data you create or store on third-party platforms is subject to their Terms and Privacy Policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party data collection, security, breaches, terms, or availability. You agree that use of third-party platforms through our Services is subject to their terms; you are responsible for reviewing and complying with them; we act as a facilitator; and disputes regarding third-party services must be resolved with the respective providers. We disclaim all liability for issues arising from your use of third-party platforms.
SECTION 13 – REFERRAL AND AFFILIATE PROGRAM
We may offer a referral and affiliate program allowing users to promote our products and earn commissions. Participation is subject to the terms outlined here and in your user panel. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. Commission rates and payment structures may vary and are determined at our sole discretion. As a participant you agree to promote in an honest, ethical, and legal manner; comply with applicable laws; not engage in spam or misleading practices; not bid on our trademarks in paid advertising; and not make false claims. Commission payments may be subject to minimum thresholds and schedules. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent activity, chargebacks, violations, or inaccurate referral information. We may modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Upon discontinuation, no further commissions may accrue for new referrals; existing unpaid commissions may be paid per our schedule; access to referral tools may be terminated.
SECTION 14 – BROKER AFFILIATE AND ACCOUNT-BASED ACCESS PROGRAM
We may offer access programs where users gain access to our products by opening accounts with brokers, exchanges, or prop firms through our affiliate links and meeting specified trading volume requirements. To participate you may need to: open a new account using our affiliate links; complete verification with the institution; meet minimum deposit and turnover requirements. Turnover requirements vary by region, institution type, account type, and other factors. Access levels may be full, limited, or tiered based on performance. We reserve the right to discontinue this program at any time. We may require trading statements or documentation to verify activity. Access is conditional and not guaranteed; we may revoke access if requirements are not maintained or terms are violated. We are not responsible for the services or policies of affiliated institutions. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of any accounts you open. Program benefits are not transferable.
SECTION 15 – REBATE AND CASHBACK PROGRAM
We may offer rebate and cashback programs in select regions. Eligibility may require opening an account via our affiliate links, maintaining good standing, meeting turnover requirements, and complying with program terms. Rebate programs vary by geography, account type, partnerships, and other factors. Rebate amounts may be subject to minimum payouts, fees, tax withholdings, and processing delays. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rebate program at any time. You are solely responsible for: regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction (including tax and AML); understanding that trading losses may exceed rebate benefits; and reporting rebate income to tax authorities. We do not guarantee continued availability, specific rebate amounts, or timely payment. Our rebate programs depend on third-party institutions; we are not responsible for their policies, delays, or account issues. You are solely responsible for tax obligations related to rebate income.
SECTION 16 – WITHDRAWAL AND PAYOUT PROCEDURES
Cashback and referral balance withdrawals may require manual request through your user panel. Automatic payouts may not be provided. All withdrawal requests may be subject to manual review and approval. We may request documentation to verify identity or activity; approve or reject at our discretion; and process approved withdrawals within a stated period (e.g. up to 7 business days). Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and may vary. You may be allowed only one open withdrawal request at a time. Withdrawal methods are as displayed in your user panel and may change. Fees (e.g. conversion, bank, processor, crypto network) may apply and may be deducted from the withdrawal amount. KYC may be required before processing. We may reject requests involving suspicious activity, fraud, violations, or inconsistencies. Rejection may be appealed by providing additional documentation or clarification. Processing times may be extended due to banking holidays, processor delays, verification, or regulatory requirements. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. You may cancel pending requests before processing. Withdrawal approval is not guaranteed. You are responsible for tax implications of withdrawal proceeds.
SECTION 17 – DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
For certain activities (refunds, verification, disputes) we may require documentation such as payment receipts, proof of identity, or transaction confirmations. You agree to provide such documentation in a timely manner through our secure channels. Documentation will be used solely for verification and handled per our Privacy Policy. Failure to provide required documentation may result in delays or inability to process your request.
SECTION 18 – CUSTOM SERVICES
Any custom development, coding, or personalized tools may be subject to separate agreements (e.g. via email). Time estimates are provisional. Deadlines may be flexible due to the nature of custom work. Custom services may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
SECTION 19 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ACROSS PLATFORMS
Our indicators, tools, algorithms, and proprietary content across platforms (TradingView, MetaTrader, NinjaTrader, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use these tools solely within the respective platforms. You may NOT extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate our algorithms; share platform-specific files or tools with non-subscribers; use our tools to create competing products; or transfer tools between platforms unless permitted. Each platform may have additional restrictions; you agree to comply with all platform terms.
SECTION 20 – FORCE MAJEURE
Our Services may be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, including maintenance, outages, internet issues, acts of war, natural disasters, or other matters. We will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice when possible. Where Services are unavailable for reasons beyond our or our providers’ control, we shall have no liability. We may remove features or platform access at our sole discretion without prior notice.
SECTION 21 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use following posting of changes constitutes acceptance. We will not be liable if all or any part of the Services are unavailable at any time. New features or tools shall be subject to the updated Terms.
SECTION 22 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JazibTrading and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
SECTION 23 – INTERNATIONAL USERS AND COMPLIANCE
Our Services may be available internationally, subject to local laws. Users outside our primary jurisdiction access our Services at their own discretion and are responsible for compliance with local laws. International users are solely responsible for: ensuring use complies with local laws; applicable taxes; currency conversion and fees; and understanding that our content may not be applicable to their markets. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions. We do not represent that our Services are authorized or available in all jurisdictions.
SECTION 24 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All matters relating to the Services and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (or our designated jurisdiction) without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the state courts of Delaware (or our designated jurisdiction). You waive any objections to jurisdiction and venue in such courts. If you access our Services from outside the United States, you do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent applicable.
